Collision Repair in Littlestown, Pennsylvania

1 min read

G&S Bodyworks opened on Baltimore Pike in 2021, though owner Leonard has been doing auto body work since 2002. Collision repair is the core of what comes through the shop, from a side swipe on Route 97 to a vehicle that needs a full quarter panel.

What happens after you call

Bring the vehicle in for a free assessment. We inspect the damage, pull the panels we need to pull to see the real extent of it, and build a written repair plan covering parts, labor, and finish work. If a claim is involved, that plan goes to your adjuster for approval before anything starts. Paying out of pocket usually means we can begin as soon as you approve the number.

Supplements are normal, and we handle them

Hidden damage shows up on most jobs of any size. A bracket behind the bumper cover, a bent reinforcement, a clip that is no longer made. When that happens we document it and file a supplement with your carrier rather than quietly working around it or asking you to cover the gap. Chasing an adjuster is our job, not yours.

Independent, and it shows in the repair

We are not part of any Direct Repair Program. No insurer sends us volume, and no insurer sets our repair methods. When the right answer is replacing a part the carrier would rather see repaired, we make that case with documentation behind it.

Every repair carries a lifetime warranty on our workmanship. If something we did does not hold up, bring it back.

A recent one

An F-150 came in after a side swipe that ruined the entire left rear panel. It needed full panel replacement plus the structural pieces behind it, then a factory-matched repaint down that side. It left in pre-accident condition. That job is in the case study on our home page if you want to see the sequence.
